This is a crazy, fast paced business but we have fun and work hard. I talk to most of our customers and I really love being able to solve the urgent issues that come up every day. When I’m not attached to the phone, I love being out on my boat. I’ve learned a lot about HVAC over the past few years and in my past life I was a nanny, so I guess you could say I’m pretty good at taking care of people!
