Amazing job installing a new boiler
Brian and Dom from Morris Plumbing did an amazing job installing a new boiler for us on short notice! They were extremely professional and got us working hot water + heat a day earlier than expected! The job was scheduled for 2 days, but we had heat the first night and they wrapped up on the morning of the 2nd day.
Brian and Dom did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I couldn't recommend Morris enough!

A great experience working with Pete
We had our boiler shut down on the Saturday after Christmas and one of the coldest days of the year. Pete came out and worked on the issue until it was fixed, even going to grab a thermocouple from the shop and installing that. The whole time he was personable and friendly, despite the later hour and weekend. A great experience working with Pete and he did a great job. Would highly recommend - 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing service tech
After a mix-up with the front office about being notified of when the service technician would arrive (incorrect email), the service tech, Rossi Buongiorno, was absolutely amazing.
He was very knowledgeable about the boiler system, patiently answered my myriad of questions, worked quickly and professionally, and tracked down the email error in the system. This person should be considered for a pay raise/promotion; he really was an excellent advert for this company.
On the negative side, how the front office treated me when I requested information as to why I wasn't notified of Rossi's arrival was very poor and dismissive. Maybe they should take the same customer service training that Rossi must have taken.
Overall, excellent experience with this company, mostly because of Rossi's performance.
