Kudos to technicians Mike Burns and Rossi Bonjorno for troubleshooting and fixing my elderly mother’s furnace. During the blizzard, Mom’s heat went off and was out for over 24 hours. After a call to Morris, they quickly sent two of their highly experienced service technicians out to the home. Within the first 30 minutes they discovered a tripped limit circuit and reset the switch. Voilà, they had Mom’s heat up and running again! February 19, 2026 So far, so good with the 3 new heaters in my house from Morris! The heaters were installed about 2 weeks ago when it was very cold and windy with feet of snow piled up outside. Thank you to Andy who came ahead of time. He assessed and organized the job. Andy explained what would happen to have the old heaters replaced and got everything set up with scheduling and cost. Then Matt, Ramsey, and Dan, who worked outside for days in freezing cold temps, came at 7 a.m. every morning, always with friendly smiles! They said not to worry about them out in the cold, that it was part of the job and that they are used to it! I told them to come in and get warmed up anyway! They shoveled long pathways through the snow, climbed into crawl spaces under the house, and installed a large compressor outside. They also worked inside to remove and then replace and reconnect heaters to the power below in the crawl spaces. The whole time they worked, they were neat, cleaned up every day, and were very professional. Matt was excellent explaining about everything they needed to do and how to use the heater controls when they were installed. It was quite a job, especially considering the weather. Mike, the electrician, came to check out an electrical issue at the end of the job. It took a while, but he found the problem. He discovered an electrical box in a closet that I had no idea we had in this old house! All of these young men working for Morris who came for this heater replacement at my house are hard workers, and very nice guys! I definitely recommend Morris and their employees! Brian and Dom from Morris Plumbing did an amazing job installing a new boiler for us on short notice! They were extremely professional and got us working hot water + heat a day earlier than expected! The job was scheduled for 2 days, but we had heat the first night and they wrapped up on the morning of the 2nd day. Brian and Dom did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I couldn't recommend Morris enough!

I consulted with many of the typical HVAC companies in the area to replace a 25-year-old AC unit. Everyone kept telling me what needed to be replaced or how they'd do it, but never said why. After a mix-up with the front office about being notified of when the service technician would arrive (incorrect email), the service tech, Rossi Buongiorno, was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the boiler system, patiently answered my myriad of questions, worked quickly and professionally, and tracked down the email error in the system. This person should be considered for a pay raise/promotion; he really was an excellent advert for this company. On the negative side, how the front office treated me when I requested information as to why I wasn't notified of Rossi's arrival was very poor and dismissive. Maybe they should take the same customer service training that Rossi must have taken. Overall, excellent experience with this company, mostly because of Rossi's performance.
