Of course, our heat pump died on a Monday evening during the coldest week of the year. Although a brand-new customer, Morris Plumbing and Heating called us the very next morning. A technician came out to assess the issue early afternoon. We decided to replace the system rather than repair it. Sales came the next day. The unit was ordered the next day, and the new system was put into place beginning 7 a.m. the very next day! Very nice and skilled technicians. Front office very nice and promptly called back, answering all questions. Could not be happier.
