Our AC made a very loud noise from the condenser after hours. I was anxious as the AC would not shut off. I called Morris for advice and the on-call person put my fears to rest. I was called early morning from the office to say a technician would be at our home between 10 and 12. Mike Burns arrived around 11 a.m. and repaired our aging system. Phew! He explained the problem so I understood why the connector did not work. Mike replaced it, and I am impressed with this company. They value their customers.

Pete was just here and did an awesome job on my air-conditioning units to sustain them for optimal working order. Thanks to Pete, my landscaping crew removed an old heavy wooden lattice box which surrounded the units and severely constrained the cooling efficiencies! Pete was gracious and patient to wait for the landscape crew to come and remove the wooden lattice box so that he could finish his checkup work.
